Training
As part of our system deliverable, Systems Imaging provides user and administrative training. The user training covers most of the commonly accessed functions including scanning, indexing, document retrieval etc.
The administrative training covers routine system maintenance functions such as user administration, database backup and maintenance, security settings etc.
Support
Systems Imaging provides first line support for the software and hardware sold to our customers. Our standard support includes telephone support and remote diagnosis of system components that are under contract. One of our Systems Engineers will go onsite if the problem cannot be resolved over the phone or remotely.
Customers with minimal IT support may prefer to purchase routine onsite support. Someone from our technical team would be responsible for maintaining the health and recoverability of the system including providing routine maintenance tasks, backups and upgrades.
Scanner and storage system support and maintenance vary depending on the manufacturer and the type of support desired by the customer.
